Rental period and rates

- The minimum rental period is 48 hours.

- The applicable rates correspond to the number of rental days, the vehicle category and the chosen mileage option.

- The rate per day includes the rental of the vehicle for 24 hours. from the time it was delivered. 1 hour of tolerance is established for its return. After that hour, a surplus will be charged for each hour and after 5 hours, 1 rental day will be charged.

- The contracting of additional equipment such as child seat, GPS and cell phone have an additional charge and must be requested at the time of making the reservation.

Vehicle return

- The customer must return the vehicle with the same level of fuel that it had when it was delivered. In the event of a shortage, a replacement will be charged.

- The vehicle must be returned at the agreed place and time, otherwise an additional charge will be charged for this concept.

At customer's expense

- The customer must pay for the fuel consumed during the rental of the vehicle.

- The client is responsible for the payment of the fines generated by the traffic violations in which he incurs and for all the transportation expenses in case the vehicle is retained for parking in a prohibited place.

In case of accident

- In case of theft, robbery or collision, the client must present the complaint filed before the corresponding authority and immediately contact the center by calling the number 0549-11 5416 6222 24 hours a day.

In case of breakdwon

- In the event that the vehicle suffers a breakdown, the client must contact the number (011) 2073 5283 so that our staff can coordinate the corresponding assistance.
